I saw this experience at FYP about 2-3 years ago, and this year I’ve always kept it in my mind for Yasmin’s birthday.
Without giving too much, Avora Immersive Experience is one of the most popular experiences in London. The concept is simple. You are a top research scientist and were invited to a trip to Abora to learn about the planets and people. The experience involves three drinks, which can be present with or without alcohol. They ask at the door what your preferences are. And don’t forget to bring your ID! Don’t let you abandon from the outside! I thought I was justified in the wrong place
This was my first immersive experience and I didn’t know what to expect to be truly excited. The actors were incredible – they really became characters and it was something very interactive – the willingness to get into it with the actors and your group makes your experience more enjoyable. I was called to be the doctor who brought the music – lmao!
Abora is a beautiful planet filled with extremely curious Avolians. You learn about them, explore their world, “drink to survive.”
My overall experience is really positive. The actors were amazing! You will receive an NDA to sign before your experience, so when you book, most experiences start when you book! The drink was really tasty (strong haha for me), you will be given a special space suit to perfect your experience! It gave a huge amount of avatar vibe. Highly recommended.
My only scam was that I wanted more Abora to explore. In total, I went into three rooms with new drinks in each room, but I wish there were 5 rooms/areas to explore the drinks more spaced. Tickets are a bit expensive at £49.50 (peak) but consider paying for the drinks at the show. Tickets are a little cheaper on weekdays.
We saw Alcatraz next door – I think they come from the same company.
