This time on the BHNN guest podcast, Gil Fronsdal looks like this: In the present moment, we find Dharma here, and we find a space of awakening that is no longer conflicting with reality, and we continue to realize it, and we can trust ourselves. It allows us to blossom our own uniqueness and the importance of the body in Buddhist practices that see our body rhythm as a royal to the unconscious.

“The body really feels like a meditation hall. There are lots of developments. The focus of Buddhism has been practiced and embodied within the body, and it feels like it lives in the body rather than just pulling it. “Gil Frondal
