Easy White Chicken Chili Recipe Low Carb Topping
Monterey Jack Cheese – This cheese has a lovely sharp flavour and is shredded perfectly on a bowl of white chicken chili, but the Mexican style cheese works. Pepper Jack cheese is also delicious.
Avocado – I can’t think of anything as delicious as a perfectly ripe avocado that melts in my mouth like butter in a bite of spicy chicken chili.
Fresh Coriander – Adding fresh herbs like coriander is a must for any chili pepper. If you don’t like coriander, fresh parsley also works well here.
Sour Cream – Smooth and creamy, helping to treat the spices and heat of chicken chili.
Jalapeños – For those more adventurous in the spice department, add sliced jalapeños to the bowl.
Green Onions – Green onions and green onions are completely optional, but add a nice bite to this simple white chicken.
