Strawberry Cheesecake Baked Oats

Strawberry Cheesecake Baked Oats

Making strawberry cheesecake for breakfast is a great morning! My simple cottage cheese oatmeal baking is sweet, moist and perfect for oven baked. It’s really a strawberry cheesecake in the shape of oatmeal!

I have an amazing strawberry cheesecake overnight oat recipe, and you can forget this vanilla strawberry over oat and OMG these protein strawberry cheesecake jars, but it found a foodie in Dan Time Fit. Everything I like about the amazing baked oatmeal recipes on this site, but Linley and Rosie absolutely killed them in pink (thanks to blended freeze dried strawberries!) and high protein goodness (obviously thanks to my best, cottage cheese).

Amazing breakfast for meals: I love making big batches of baked oatmeal on Sundays.

It’s a healthy breakfast or snack option: I always want to add a little more protein to my mornings, and this achieves it with 8G protein per slice.

Tastes like strawberry cheesecake: Should I say more? ! 😏😏😏

Cottage Cheese: My Protein Powerhouse! This recipe uses cottage cheese blended with freshly baked oatmeal dough. It’s creamy and tasty, and is clearly protein-rich. Quick Coking Oats: Using Quick Caulking Oats in this recipe keeps the texture quite fluffy and not dense at all. Rolled oats work too, but the texture changes somewhat. Freeze-dried strawberries: That’s what gives this baked oatmeal a gorgeous pink colour! I also added some to the light rain of cottage cheese, which also gave it a bit of a pink hue. Buy sliced lyophilized strawberries and blend in with powder in either a (clean) coffee grinder or a small food processor.

Enjoy with drizzle

Whatever you do, don’t skip the drizzle of cottage cheese for the top of this baked oatmeal! It not only adds perfect cheesecake-like sweetness, but also adds a little more protein.

Regardless of when enjoying this strawberry cheesecake baked oatmeal, it is well traveled, served cold even in hot and is a good way to enjoy oats 🥰🥰

A square pot of freshly baked oatmeal is topped with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of white icing, placed on a bright surface with whole strawberries, striped towels and nearby gold cookware.

More topping ideas

When I have this for breakfast many times in a week, I like to switch toppings a bit for some varieties (obviously my toddler and I am grateful for this too 😋). Here are some of my go-tos:

Greek yogurt or cream cheese chocolate chips spenut butter fresh strawberries

Once the baked oatmeal is completely cooled, I want to slice it into a single serving and place it in a glass airtight container.

Store the baked oats in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can leave it on the counter overnight, but it lasts a long time in the fridge.

To eliminate dairy products from this recipe, you can definitely replace dairy-free varieties. If you want to store it in a nut-free way, choose something other than nut milk. And finally, this recipe has not been tested with flax eggs, so I can’t say if it works or not.
