All-purpose Wheat Flour – You’ll be surprised to see that you can actually bake a fudgy diabetic brownie recipe using general-purpose wheat flour. There is no need to use almond or coconut flour. It’s all about keeping the balance and carbs low, and I have shown my expertise in using flour and supplying diabetes-friendly pancakes with sugar-free pancakes! Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – A key ingredient in gooey chocolate brownies is cocoa powder. Bake powder to rise a little. Sugar-Free Crystal Sweetener – I like to use a combination of some brown erythritol and white erythritolmon fruit blends that crackle the top of the brownie. I used erythritol and allilose or tagatose also works. Check out my reviews of keto-friendly sweeteners and learn how to choose the best one. Eggs are naturally low in carbohydrates and binders in these healthy brownies. Melted salt-free butter – cooled for 5 minutes, but still a little slimy, so melt the sugar-free sweetener. Salt flavor to enhance chocolate-flavored vanilla extract
