Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread coconut oil on the pan or line up parchment to remove it easily. In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed banana, grated carrots, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated evenly. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to overmix. Fold the chopped walnuts and raisins to add texture and flavor if necessary. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. The top will be golden and the toothpick inserted in the center will be clean. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the bread for 10-15 minutes. Then carefully transfer to a wire rack to completely cool. Banana bread is sliced ​​into thick and generous slices and served. Enjoy it as a fun breakfast snack, afternoon snack or dessert option!

1/2 cups vegan cream cheese (soft) 2 tablespoons vegan butter (soft) 1 tablespoons vanilla extract 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1-1 1/4 cups sugar-free powdered sugar pinch salt

Manual:

In a medium bowl, beat together the vegan cream cheese and vegan butter until smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and pinch salt. Mix and combine. Gradually add powdered sugar and the matte is smooth and creamy, throbbing until it spreads. Taste and adjust with cinnamon or sugar if necessary.
