When it comes to holiday entertaining, I’m a firm believer that the best appetizers are those that look impressive and require little effort to assemble. We want fresh flavors, variety, and most importantly, delicious food.

From crunchy seasoned crackers and creamy dips to delicious hot snacks that disappear in seconds, this collection of 15 easy Easter appetizers is designed to make your hosting job easier. Many of these can be prepared ahead of time, so you can save room for a second cup of coffee (or a cup of bubbly) while the kids hunt for eggs.

Zucchini slices make a great Easter appetizer. Bake according to the recipe I wrote the day before. Cut into bite-sized squares. Serve as is on a platter or insert a small skewer into the center. Serve with a delicious dipping sauce like ranch dressing.
