196: Unlocking Emotional and Physical Healing Through Body Awareness by Rachel Reimer

Hello friends! I’m so excited to share this week’s episode with Symptom Support Coach Rachel Reimer. There, we explore the interesting relationship between emotions and the body and how untreated stress can manifest as chronic symptoms, pain, and even autoimmune issues. Rachel shares how she helps clients uncover the emotional causes of physical illness and bridge the gap between traditional medicine and emotional healing. If you’ve ever felt stuck in your healing journey or wondered what your body is trying to tell you, this conversation is very eye-opening.

Here’s what we’ll discuss:

Rachel’s journey from chronic illness to becoming a symptom support coach (also known as a medical intuitive)

How the body uses symptoms as signals that something deeper needs attention

Difference between intellectual and emotional processing of stress

How to identify unresolved emotions stored in the body

Common emotional roots behind symptoms such as back pain, thyroid problems, and autoimmune diseases

Relationship between self-criticism, Type A tendencies, and chronic illness

Rachel’s “Knot” Exercises for Emotional Release and Symptom Relief

Real Client Changes – From Chronic Pain to Deep Emotional Healing

Why physical healing alone is not enough without emotional integration

etc. many. more!

This is for people who have “tried everything” and still don’t have an answer. Rachel’s perspective may change the way you think about your health forever.

Read more about Rachel and her career below.

Rachel Reimer believes that the presence of unresolved mental stress can cause physical symptoms (acute or chronic) to appear in the body. Rachel has found that talking about emotional stressors, rather than rationalizing them as “not that bad,” can improve how your body feels and functions. During a session, Rachel’s goal is to thoroughly understand your physical concerns, identify specific emotional stresses (if any) that may be related to your physical concerns, and help you address any unresolved emotional stress. With the hope that your body will start functioning and you will feel better.
