If you’re stuck in your weight loss efforts, stop, get tired of quick fixes, or are ready for a reset rooted in real food, sustainable habits and deep support, then this is a challenge for you!

Spring 21 Day Reset
Spring is here and with that, it offers a great opportunity to refresh, update and reset. If you feel dull, you are fighting a sugar craving, or simply want to feel better on your own skin, you are not alone.
So I’m inviting you to participate within the Sugar Free Mama Tribe in our 21 Day Spring Reset Challenge.
My all-new 21-day challenge within the SFM Tribe is more than just a challenge to start or work on a weight loss journey. This is a lifestyle shift based on five powerful pillars. These pillars are central to our focus that will help you achieve your overall health and your health goals.
Practice together, these lifestyle changes and basics balance hormones, reduce cravings, raise energy levels, and support long-term weight loss goals through a balanced diet focused on all foods.
Here’s what we’d like to focus on the 21-day challenge for sustainable weight loss in the 21-day challenge within the SugarFreemom Tribe program.
Sunlight – perhaps you’re missing hormone reset tool
Exposed to morning sunlight is important, not just a pleasant ritual, but based on optimal health. Sunlight regulates our circadian rhythm, supports the production of melatonin at night, and increases cortisol in the morning (in a good way!).
This simple daily routine balances all hormones, from insulin to thyroid, naturally improving mood and energy. This one habit is life-changing and can honestly be easier.

No sugar, no refined carbs, no snacks
This is a game changer. Remove sugar and refined carbohydrates while cutting constant snacks to stabilize your blood sugar levels and calm your cravings.
Learn to eat intentionally and listen to hunger clues. It’s been a long time.
This means that processed foods are not part of this challenge and require dietary planning. But if you’re not like a chef, you don’t have to worry. I maintain a very simple diet plan with a focus on single ingredients foods, proteins, vegetables and healthy fats.

Prioritize Proteins – Your Secrets to Saturation and Strength
Protein doesn’t just build muscle. This is the perfect way to feel complete and satisfying.
This challenge focuses on high quality protein in any diet to maintain lean muscle mass and support your body with a calorie deficit if your goal is to lose excess weight and have fat loss.
Protein and nutrient concentrations of foods will satisfy you and make you less likely to succumb to cravings at the end of a long day.

Track macros – Data is empowerment
Whether you follow low carbs, keto, or something in between, tracking your macros gives you clear and insight.
Discover which foods fuel you, which causes cravings, and how your unique body reacts.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program. You are a biological individual and you respect it by helping you understand what really suits you.
Your pillar, your choice
This last pillar is personalized.
Choose an additional focus that will stretch you and support your goals. Maybe it’s dairy-free, carnivorous, improving sleep, daily movements, physical activity, resistance training, or intermittent fasting.
None of them are necessary, and you can determine which areas you want to focus on based on your current individual needs, and the best results during this 21-day full-body reset diet.
The best part? You don’t do this alone.
Within the tribe, there is community, accountability, live coaching, and everything you need to succeed. No need for gimmicks or perfection. Actual support is a real advancement.
In just three weeks, you can change your relationship with food, improve your energy, and establish habits that support long-term health. Unlike a restrictive diet, our reset focuses on nourishing your body with whole foods, balancing blood sugar levels, fostering and motivating a supportive community.
Registration is currently open and the challenge begins on April 30th! Count these 21 days.

FAQ
Should I follow the keto diet?
No, this 21-day challenge focuses on whole foods and you can decide whether to follow a low-carb or keto diet for 21 days.
When selecting the type of food you want to eat for your personal meal plan, sugar and refined carbohydrates are not the key to harnessing the body’s natural ability to use fuel-stored body fat.
Do I need to buy a meal plan?
No, you can create your own meals based on what you like. Potion controls should be kept in mind, and calorie restriction may be required depending on your body fat goals.
I offer 7th, 21st and 28 day meal plans that will provide you with a shopping list to make it easier.
Can I do this if I have a medical condition?
I’m not a doctor, so it’s best to ask your doctor for medical advice before you start eating.
Should I join Facebook for this assignment?
No, you don’t need Facebook. I coach coaches every week on Zoom during the challenge. There will be three Zoom meetings per week for accountability and support during the challenge.
There are private Facebook groups for the tribe. This gives you 24/7 access to the community, but you don’t need to participate.
What you experience:
Conquer sugar cravings: Learn how to identify and overcome triggers that lead to unhealthy snacks. Balanced blood sugar levels: Discover a meal that will satisfy you and stay lively all day long. Sustainable Habits: Establish a routine that makes a healthy diet a natural part of your lifestyle. Community Support: Connect with like-minded individuals on the same journey, providing encouragement and accountability.

The power of the community
Research shows that being part of a support group can significantly improve weight loss and maintenance efforts.
A study published in the American Journal of Hypertension found that peer support groups can lead to significant reductions in blood pressure and improve health outcomes.
This study, “The impact of social support on outcomes in adult patients with type 2 diabetes: a systematic review,” examines how social support affects health outcomes in adults with type 2 diabetes. This review found that higher levels of social support are associated with improved clinical outcomes, reduced psychosocial symptoms, and better adoption of healthy lifestyle behaviors.
Success Story
The outcome depends on the weight you need to reduce, but many women have seen incredible results from mental clarity, improved gut health, reduced inflammation, retention of water, no longer having joint pain, and of course no longer having excess pounds!
These results were from my 6-week fresh starting course:
“I lost 12 pounds and 11.5 inches. My A1C went from 7.5 to 6.7. My doctor just cut my blood pressure medication in half. Joining this group is the best thing I can do for my health.” – Anne
“I lost a total of 16 pounds and 12.25 inches from my five-day sugar detox. My joints are no longer tired and I won’t get hungry, hungry or consumed after dinner.” – Kim
