Summer is here and is the perfect time to chill with delicious, healthy treats. Ninja Creamy is one of my favorite kitchen appliances as it allows you to create creamy frozen desserts at home.
5 Easy Ninja Cream Recipes to Make This Summer
If you’re craving sweet and fresh and not packed with junk, your ninja cream is about to become your new BFF. I rounded up five frozen treats of incredibly easy and healthy, frozen, tasted like desserts, packed with good stuff.
These are fruity and creamy, and are what you scoop up when the temperature bumps into “Why is the sidewalk melting?” mode. Let’s dig deeper.
1. Tropical Paradise Sherbet
What’s in it:
1 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or canned) 1 cup ½ cup of mango chunks coconut water
What to do:
Mix everything until smooth, freeze in a creamy container for 24 hours, then press that “serbet” button to prepare your beach vacation in a bowl.
Why the atmosphere is: It is equipped with Vitamin C, naturally sweet, refreshing, and you forget that it’s not a Pina Colada.
2. Creamy Avocado Chocolate Ice Cream
What’s in it:
½ cup ripe avocado ½ cup sugar-free cocoa powder ½ cup almond milk ¼ cup date syrup (Code Healthy Helper Save $$!) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
What to do:
Blend until it’s dreamy and smooth, freeze, then press “Ice Cream” setting. that’s it. It’s creamy, chocolate, secretly avocado.

3. Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
What’s in it:
1 cup of banana ½ cup of strawberries Greek yogurt ¼ cup of almond milk 1 scoop of vanilla protein (I use vegan vanilla… Code Healthy Helper is $$!) Toppings: Banana slices, strawberries, granola, chia seeds
What to do:
Blend the base and freeze it before using the “Smoothie Bowl” feature. Top with all your favorites or sip straight from the ninja pint. 😉

4. Matcha Green Tea Frozen Yogurt
What’s in it:

Mix everything and freeze it then press “Frozen Yogurt” mode. If you feel like it’s flashy, add a little sprinkle of pistachios on top.

5. Watermelon Mint Granita
What’s in it:

What to do:
Mix everything, freeze and use the “Serbet” setting. Serve in a chilled bowl and serve with extra mint, just like you’re holding a Boogie Garden Party.
