Hiiiiii! Happy Friday! What are you planning to do this weekend?
We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Korea and Japan. I have a lot of things I want to tell you all, so starting Monday I’ll be posting them in multiple posts. If you have any questions or if I can help, please let me know. I’ll be sharing all the details about what we did, what we ate, where we stayed, my Korean head spa treatment (amazing), Kyoto and why it’s so magical, how I ate at all of these places mostly with my girlfriends, Tokyo DisneySea, and everything else. In short, it was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken, and while it wasn’t a nuisance, it completely changed my life. Please send me recovery vibes as I return to my daily life (lol).
A little bonus was that we had a 12 hour layover in Honolulu on the way back.

I took a day trip, checked into the hotel, took a nap, and then immediately went for a walk on the beach.

To purchase snacks (malasadas, masubi, acai bowls),

I look around the store before heading back to the airport. This softened the blow of returning to the United States a little.
I’d love to hear what’s in store for you this weekend! I had a Sculpt Society workout this afternoon, went to dinner and the pool with friends, took Liv and her friends to the mall, and lots of summer fun and things are back to *normal* around here.
It’s time for our Friday Favorites Roundup! Here we share some of our favorites from the week and around the web. I love hearing about your favorites too, so give your favorites a shout out in the comments section below.

Fashion, beauty, random:
I love this Noparella body scrub. It has clean ingredients, including prickly pear fruit and real sugar, and smells amazing (if you’ve never experienced prickly pear, think it’s something like hibiscus). They kindly provided me with a discount code. Here we use code GINAH10.

I’m back with some great skin care and hair products and have compiled everything you can find online here.

I still love these jean shorts. I’ve worn it many times! The size is perfect, not too long, not too short, and it washes perfectly. It didn’t shrink even after washing and drying.
There are so many things I’ve recently added to my Tuckernuck list, including this dress, this dress, this top, these shorts, and these shoes.
Read, watch, listen:
“Remarkably Bright Creatures” on Netflix. Don’t get mad, but I kind of stopped reading this book because of the octopus doing the narration. I wasn’t interested at all, but when I saw the movie pop up, I decided to give it a whirl while walking on my walking pad because I love Sally Field. I was so hooked on it that I finished it that evening. Highly recommended.
Great podcast episode about different breast cancer screening options. Read more about my experience with thermography here.

What book have you asked your friends to read?
Fitness, health and delicious food:
Great recognition and honor in the EquiLife community. Being an IHP is one of my favorite jobs, and I’m so grateful to be able to share life-changing tests, protocols, and products with my clients.
Stay tuned next week for a giveaway featuring some of my favorite wellness products!
I was looking for this ice cream and it did not disappoint.

Everything about Muscat. I brought home quite a bit of sweets, but I wish I had bought more ????

Help with homemade hamburgers.
This propolis spray. I had it in my carry-on bag to carry it between multiple flights (PHX > SFO, SFO > ICN, ICN > HND, HND > HNL, HNL > PHX.WHEW).
Thank you very much for visiting my blog today! Have a great weekend! See you soon!
