7.18 Friday Favorites

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What are your plans for this weekend? It’s my Nana’s birthday so we celebrate the birthday girl, I’m teaching Bale’s classes and meeting with friends for brunch. It should be pretty modest and nice.

This week it felt very cold compared to last week’s sale extra vanzana. Between Equilife Sale, Prime Days and Nordstrom Sale, it felt like a lot. (I also tried to share my products in a way that doesn’t attack you!) Thank you to everyone who shopped through my links. And don’t forget until Sunday night to get into a wellness giveaway here!

(Challenge to beat Lumebox!)

It’s my favorite party time every Friday. This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries from around the web and a week. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so please shout out what you love in the comments section below.

Some of our family came to dinner on a Sunday night and we swam, ate street tacos and drank margaritas.

This was my second batch of these triple berry bars over the weekend. We all loved them so much, and the girls were hooked on them.

For dinner, I made barbacoa, shredded chicken, instant pot Mexican rice (I update it a little and make a recipe page for this because it’s so easy and good), and Madre had chips along with homemade tomatiro salsa.

Some photos:

This is very random, but I touched the first blanket to crochet. P recently became obsessed with crochet and inspired me. And it became a good way to watch TV and do something with my hands not scrolling in the evening. I used this thread and this tutorial.

Finally, in Young Season 7, I already feel like I won’t finish how it wants to end, so should I call it quits? Or do you finish it?

What summer books do you read?

Various strategies for getting sleep.

For this week’s podcast episode, definitely check out the magical powers of water here.

Fitness, Health, and Good Food:

You should try this crunchy smashed potato salad.

Family pickleball date! (Liv didn’t want to play, she was just there to hang out with us and enjoy the snack)

Heads Up: If you’re interested in joining me as an integrated healthcare worker, it’s the biggest promotion I’ve ever seen. You can use the code Summer750 here from levels 1 and 2 to $750. You can also receive a free starter kit (my two favorite intro feature labs) and a 7-day detox.

Being an integrated healthcare worker is one of the best things I did for my health, our family, wellness clients and my business. If you are passionate about health and wellness, I cannot fully recommend this program. Dr. Cabral is the best and our community is filled with inspirational people who really want to help others and each other. Currently, you don’t need to work in the health or wellness industry. If you have any questions, we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! Have a great weekend. I’ll meet YA soon!

xoxo
