Early in the nutrition of real moms, I wrote about communicating food horrors I saw on social media. In a post on Facebook called Fear & Loathing, “My Facebook newsfeed has become a very scary place and is full of miserable, sometimes contradictory warnings about the toxic foods we feed ourselves and our children.”
The only thing that has been changed? There are more platforms for misinformation about food.
One of the reasons I started nutrition for real moms was to relieve guilt and confusion. Whenever you have questions, we dig into our nutritionist training and journalist background to earn money and share facts in a gentle, clear and viable way.
