I tried + true
Some ingredients have clearly won their place in the Skincare Hall of Fame. Vitamin C tops the list, with nearly 89% of respondents saying they have used it in the past. Hyaluronic acid is not that late at 87%, and retinol is one-third at 82%.

Exfoliating agents such as salicylic acid (65%) and glycolic acid (64%) are also well represented. Also, growth factors (28%) and CBD (38%) are less common, but are clearly on the radar. Of course, SPF is a classic, with 83% of readers saying they’ve used it in the past.
Rotating
Current routines show a strong preference for hydration and protection. Hyaluronic acid is currently the most used ingredient, with 71% of respondents in their daily lineup.
