Important ingredients

Zucchini: Zucchini is finely shredded with crumbs from the crumbs of the crumbs that have been removed from the moisture. It also helps to combine tots. Shredded Cheddar Cheese: You can’t have a cheap tott without cheese! I like to use shredded cheddar. Because it melts well and offers great colours and delicious flavours. Eggs: You need one egg to help you combine zucchini with the breadcrumbs. I haven’t tested this recipe with an egg replacement!

The best way to prepare your zucchini

Literally, the only delicate thing about this recipe is to properly prepare Zucchini. What does this mean? I would like to shred the Zucchini into small pieces. I recommend one of the fine shredding of the box grater.

You should also make sure to squeeze as much liquid as possible from the shredded zucchini. why? This causes the zucchini mixture to get too wet and not be able to form it into tots to keep its shape.

As a side, it works with your favorite dipping sauce

While the air fryer is up and running, why not make my crunchy chicken nuggets for the ultimate kids’ meal?

And if I eat these zucchini tots soaked in something other than my homemade ranch, IDK – it’s the perfect creamy tang for these crunchy tots. Ketchup or my homemade BBQ would be scary too.

How to store leftovers

It is recommended to eat these tots right away, but they can be stored in a fridge airtight container for up to 3 days.

Spray avocado oil into the basket of the air fryer. Arrange the tots in the air fryer basket. Spray the tot with avocado oil. Cook the tots at 375ºF for 8 minutes and flip them up halfway through. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the tots in batches. I don’t recommend layering tots.

Serve the tots with ranch, ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.

The zucchini was snipped in the second largest shred size on the box grater. All air fryers are different. If your tot is browning too quickly, lower the temperature.
