Hello everyone, I hope all is well. Today I have another Amika product review. And we’re talking about the very popular Wizard silicone-free detangling primer.
This is a lightweight primer that helps detangle while providing heat protection up to 230 degrees.

I found this at TT last year and since I was already using the Hydro Lash line at the time and really liked it, I decided to give it a try. I only use this on wash days and before blow drying with conditioner. Even if you dry your hair with a fine mist, it won’t feel sticky or heavy. I really love this scent. It reminds me of Sol de Janeiro Queirosa 62 Body Mist. The scent remains, but it disappears when you blow dry it. But what I find strange is that my hair gets lathered or lathered up, like when I don’t rinse out the shampoo completely and some of the lather remains (lol). Again, this disappears after blow drying and no flakes remain.
It also goes well with other products. When I blow-dry, I layer three products: blow-dry primer/mist, leave-in, and serum, and I’ve never had any problems with dandruff or pilling. I usually use this very liberally. Also, I have never felt any heat damage since using this. As for detangling slips, you can detangle them after washing, but the slips are not as effective as conditioners, but just as effective. You can get a wide comb and brush your hair easily.
verdict
I love this product. I’ve drank three bottles over the past year and a half, one full size, one mini size, and a deluxe sample size that came in a gift set. Highly recommended for 4c natural hair. I have 4c medium to high porosity fine hair and it worked really well. I am currently using the Amika frizz me not treatment, which I will review again
