hihi everyone, I hope you are fine wherever you are!
Today we share a list of the best moisturizing deep conditioners used for dry-prone 4C hair. This post was inspired by a recent situation in which I realized I was in LOL. I picked up a honey moisture mask from Doux because I said it was moisturizing and I really didn’t pay attention to the ingredients! Discovering two forms of proteins among them was actually too much for my hair. Haha
The Moral of the Story – Pay attention to the ingredients! Avoid ingredients such as hydrolyzed keratin, silk protein, wheat protein, soy protein, collagen, or amino acids.
So today’s list is the protein-free moisturizing deep conditioner I used. I have 4C hair. This is a medium density, thin chain that tends to dry out easily. From the list below, I used three of them, but the other two are products I’d like to try after completing my current rotation.
Tin Honey Miracle Hair Mask. This mask changed the game for me! It was one of the first things I got when I started my healthy hair journey last year. My full review is here at £16 at Kiyo Beauty
Keracare deep moisturizing mask. Last year was a huge year for Keracare in my collection lol. I’ve tried many products from the Natural Textures line. There were a lot of hits and some were fine. This doesn’t make my hair as soft as tgin and I still like it. LF for 13.70 pounds
Amika Hydro Rush concentrated moisture mask. This is my current moisture treatment and is amazing. It’s worth the hype! Amika caught my attention after using overnight moisture treatment in her dream routine. I love it and I’ll buy it back! Available at Cult Beauty for £33. If I do it once in the middle, I’ll give you a full review
Well, it’s still in the things I haven’t used yet, but I’d like to research and give it a try
Briogeo SuperFoods Avocado + Kiwi Mega Moiseure SuperFood mask. The brand has been on my list since last year when I fell in love with a hair mask repairing despair. This is a protein-free mask that is rich in conditioning ingredients. I hope it’s as good as what I love. This is 33 pounds and is in the boots.
Moroccanoil Strong moisture mask. There are two versions of this, and I’d like to try the intense version for 4C hair. Again protein-free and rich in conditioning and wrapped ingredients, I hope it works well on my hair
Tip
Before investing in full size, I would like to try and test it first. I love this because it saves money if you don’t particularly like it. I hope more products have smaller versions for testing, but this is a really great hack.
I hope this post is helpful. Share your favorite protein-free hair mask with TME – I’d love to hear your recommendations!
