Body Scan Script for Grounding

This is “Body Scan Script for Grounding“Guided Meditation Script:

Start by taking a little time to settle your body in a comfortable position
(2 seconds).

You can close your eyes, look downwards in front of you (2 seconds) and leave it open slightly with soft focus.

Lift your spine
Soften your shoulders (2 seconds).

Today I’ll practice body scans (2 seconds).

Take a full inhale to (2 sec) and get a long, slow breath (2 sec).

It brings gentle awareness to your breath (2 seconds).

Be careful to inhale (2 seconds)

And out-break (2 seconds)

and space between (10 seconds).

Take note of the top of your head and beware of any senses or lack of sensations
(2 seconds).

Lower your attention to the back of your head, sides (2 seconds),

On the forehead (2 seconds) and face (5 seconds).

Pay attention to your neck (2 seconds), throat (2 seconds), and now your shoulders.

You will notice the feeling you know.
Shift your attention to your arms, upper arms, and lower arms (2 seconds)

Hands (2 seconds), fingers (2 seconds).

Take note of your back
(2 seconds),

To the middle (2 seconds), then even lower to the waist (10 seconds).
