This Boosie Arnold Palmer combines vodka, lemonade and iced tea to create a delicious slash cocktail. It’s refreshing, completely sweet, and the slimy elements of lemon ice are so enjoyable.
I love making this cocktail for friends and family in the cabin – it’s always a hit and you can easily make na.
This lemonade slash part of Arnold Palmer is so fun! Traditionally, lemonade was simply mixed with iced tea, but in this recipe, lemonade, ice cream and lemon zest are blended into a slash that looks like lemon ice.
I also like this recipe because it can be easily turned into an NA version by simply omitting vodka.
Essential equipment and materials
Lemonade: You can’t have Ernie Palmer without lemonade! I love making homemade lemonade recipes. This cocktail feels a little more special. The works purchased in the store also work well. Lemon Skin: We do not recommend skipping lemon skins! Adds such a wonderful tart lemon flavour. It is blended with lemonade and ice, so there is no rough texture. Ice Cube: You need an ice cube to make lemon ice. Vodka: The quality of vodka affects the flavor of this drink, so choose your own adventure here. My go-to is Tito or Prairie Vodka. Unsweetened tea: Like lemonade – make it yourself! My homemade iced tea recipe is amazing. If you’re choosing to buy it in the store, make sure it’s wasted. Fast Blender or Food Processor: Blend lemonade, lemon zest, and ice cubes into a fast blender or food processor.

Tip! Make it non-alcoholic
One of the great things about this recipe is that it’s easy to create na. You can easily omit vodka for those who want to enjoy this as a traditional Arnold Palmer without liquor as they simply blend lemonade, lemon zest and ice, then topped with iced tea and vodka.

Add ice cubes, lemonade, and lemon zest to a high-speed blender or food processor. Mix high until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Pour slash into a glass and serve with vodka and iced tea.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices and lemon rinds.
I tested this recipe with homemade lemonade and store-bought lemonade. Both were delicious. Simply skip the vodka and make this recipe smoother at will.
