With your palms up and down, naturally place your arms in your knees and release your shoulders.

Close your eyes, breathe quietly, and slowly enter and exit through your nose.
Take some time to focus on your breath

Pay attention to the movement of your breath through your nostrils
Chase that movement to your body
Feel the rise and fall of your chest

Breast swelling and softening
Perhaps you can feel the breath behind your body
Sides of the ribcage or elsewhere

Note that you feel the most clearly in your breath
And then fix your mind in that place.
