How to make orange chocolate truffles
Unwrap the Keto Hana Cocoa Bars and Orange Bars and place them in a ziplock bag. Seal and beat with a rolling pin until coarse flour forms. Pour into a large mixing bowl with all other ingredients and stir with a fork until a slightly sticky dough forms. Roll into 24 equally sized truffles. Scoop out the dough with a small scoop and press it into your hands to form a ball. Pour the cacao or cocoa powder for the topping into the dish and roll to completely cover each truffle. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Tip: Turn it into a healthy gift by wrapping it in ribbon.
