This Easy Slow Cooker Fudge is the best sugar-free dairy-free low-carb keto fudge that you can try and is easier but not tasty! Includes orientation at the top of the stove.

Easy Crockpot Fudge
This simple sugar-free fudge recipe is made with just 5 simple ingredients and a slow cooker! You can’t beat the easier desserts for sweet teeth or during the summer or for holidays!
I originally created this recipe in 2011 and used honey, with low carbs. You can use your favorite sweetener, but the fully printable recipes on the recipe card below are my favorite! It’s a diabetes-friendly recipe as it’s keto, gluten-free and completely sugar-free!

Easy fudge recipes
Other easy desserts for your holiday that will stress your life are my old snowman cookies, peppermint brownie bark, white chocolate fudge, and baked peppermint bites!
My family wants this fudge not only on holidays, but all year round! When I first created this recipe in 2011, it was before Lily’s sweets created an incredible sugar-free chocolate chip.
My Origial recipe also used naturally unsweetened carob chips, but Lily’s chocolate chips are the perfect solution for low-carb fudges!

Low carb sweetener
I’m not a fudge girl, but my family loves it! After seeing the recipe for Skinny Crock Pot, after seeing something that is easy to do, and doesn’t take much time on my side, I was inspired to make some.
I adapted the original recipe, eliminated honey and made it with stevia instead, so I didn’t spike my own blood sugar levels.
It has a bit sticky to the touch, but it was tasty and anyone who tried it couldn’t believe it was sugar-free and dairy-free! Of course you can still use honey or maple syrup, but since I haven’t tried it that way, I can’t comment on the taste or texture.
Please note that changing the ingredients from my recipe below will change the nutritional information on the recipe card.

A small crockpot, 3 or 4 quarts, works better than a larger quart. Plan ahead and prepare the ingredients, but you can make this for Christmas now and freeze until you’re ready!
Spread on a dish and chopped nuts can be added into the fudge mixture before refrigerating. I’ll be my favorite sweet treat for the whole family!

Can I use fresh coconut milk instead of canned food?
Updated: May 2014: Recently I tried this recipe using fresh coconut milk from silk and it was incredible. In fact, I think it’s even better than using canned coconut milk. A huge hit with my whole family!
Can I use coconut oil instead of coconut milk?
It is not recommended to change coconut oil to coconut milk. Because it’s not a very greasy, creamy homemade fudge.
Can I use cocoa powder instead of chocolate chips?
No, we don’t recommend swapping sugar-free chocolate chips for unsweetened cocoa powder, as chocolate chips are sweetened with low carb sweeteners.
Can I exchange coconut milk for dairy products?
Yes, you can exchange coconut milk for all milk. If you don’t need to make your fudge dairy free, you can also do heavy cream.
Can I use unsweetened chocolate?
You can use unsweetened chocolate if you like, but you will need to add a considerable amount of sweetener to taste like a traditional fudge recipe.
Creamy Keto Fudge Recipe
This dairy-free fudge may be sweet enough with just sugar-free chocolate chips.
Usually, people who don’t have a low carb diet are used for the very sweet type of dark chocolate fudge. So, if you’re making this for others, I recommend adding additional sweeteners like in the video.
Chocolate liquid stevia would be great here, but I love my vanilla cream stevia the best.

How to Slow Cooker
Scoop the thick pieces from a can of coconut milk and save money by smoothing the rest, then add chocolate chips, vanilla, optional stevia and salt to a small 3-quarter or 4-quart filling pot.
Cover and cook low for 2 hours.
Cover, turn off, sit for 30 minutes to an hour (do not stir).
Stir well for 5 minutes until smooth.
Arrange a 1-quart casserole dish on parchment and spread the mixture.
Chill for 30 minutes or firmly and slice the pieces with a sharp knife.
Store low-carb fudge recipes in a fridge airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
