About Taita Pacha Kanchai:

Taita Pacha Kanchai was a healer whose ancestral name means “the radiance of the sun that pierces the earth.” As a Yanakuna Yachak, also known as a “spiritual authority,” Pacha has dedicated his life to the study and practice of the spiritual traditions passed down to him by his ancestors and elders. He currently serves as a speaker and coordinator for the Grand National Council of Indigenous Peoples of Colombia (ONIC), which represents a remarkable alliance of 115 tribes. He is also the president of the Global Indigenous Science Network, a representative to the United Nations, and an activist for indigenous sovereignty and environmental justice. As a transmitter of the sacred medicine of Yage (Ayahuasca), Pacha’s driving force is to embody and share the knowledge of coexistence in harmony with the spirit and wisdom of Mother Earth. Affectionately known in Colombia as the “Healer’s Healer,” it provides healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
