Friday Favorites 9/26

Hello friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? The pilot and I enjoy a date night. P has a basketball game and it’s our Nice Daisy 1st birthday party! We were able to celebrate the birthday girl last night and we can’t wait for more fun this weekend.

Meanwhile, I’ve been homeschooling here, working with clients and loving Dancing with the Stars this season. Give Robert a mirror ball already.

It’s my favorite party time every Friday. This is where I share some of my favorite discoveries from around the web and a week. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so please shout out what you love in the comments section below.

There’s nothing like post-detox tacos, I tell YA.

Friday Favorites 9/26

Fashion + Beauty + Random:

Huge athleta sale now!

Some favourites:

These wide leg pants

This sweatshirt

This rib crop tea

P lives in these parkas

And these technical tees

Perfect red flat

I lurk this website every day for my favorite skin shade #7. Now I’m turning an empty bottle over and shaking it. I use SPF moisturizer in this shade.

Recent outfits. (I’m wearing all of these because it’s still 100 degrees here)

The client wins! This client was heading for a cut and wanted her to come back before the wedding. Before cutting, I started by building her metabolism with functional lab tests, rebalancing her body, fixing her sleep, stress management strategies, and reversed diet. Then we were able to start her cut. She sticks to the macros like a pro and checks the results. She broke the goal of body composition.

The best part is that she sleeps all night, has regular cycles and no longer experiences dry ice mptom.

I have some spots open in October so if you’re tired of wasting money on supplements, you’re frustrated because the scale doesn’t move, you can’t sleep well and want a plan of action.

Read, see, listen:

I’m talking at an event next month and I’m already very nervous about it. I’m reading this book for all the help I can get, so I’ll report if the strategy works.

Don’t miss this week’s podcast episode and take care of your mind, body and mind to optimize your healing and health.

Fitness, Health, and Good Food:

Pumpkin banana oat blender pancakes.

The other day I made these Medelarian beef bowls and it was a huge hit.

I ordered this cookbook and switched recipe rotations. The client recommended it to me and the recipe looks amazing.

I tried these bars for the first time and loved them! They have great ingredients and didn’t spike my blood sugar at all.

My favorite functional stretches:

Thank you for stopping by my blog today! Have a great weekend. I’ll meet YA soon!
