Frozen peach bellini

A blend of frozen peach bellini for a sweet, refreshing, refreshing cocktail. The perfect summer drink! I love serving this as an afternoon cocktail in the cabin on a hot summer day. Making big batches is easy and always a hit!

Frozen drinks are the latest trend right now. Insert – Frozen Margarita and Frose. Honestly, I’m not mad about it.

What is this Peach Bellini?

Frozen peaches: For this recipe, sliced peaches need to be frozen! So you can use store-bought frozen sliced peaches, or buy fresh peaches, slice them and freeze them. Prosecco: Use your favorite brand! It also replaces other sparkling wines of your choice. We also share how to make this bellini NA if it’s under your jam. Fresh Lemon Juice: Fresh lemon juice adds just the right amount of sourness and helps to bring out the sweetness of the peach. Honey: My go-to natural sweetener! I love how the taste adds a touch of sweetness and warm flavor without overwhelming the drink.

OK, my biggest tip about these peach bellini is not to over-blend the frozen peach mixture. I’m looking for a thick, smooth texture. Too many blends will result in puree.

How to freeze your own peaches

Feel free to pick up frozen peaches purchased from one or two stores from the freezer section of major grocery stores. But if you have a large batch of fresh peaches from a roadside stand (Am I just in the Midwest?! 😂), you’ll want to peel and slice the peaches into wedges and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for at least an hour, preferably until frozen solids.

Make it non-alcoholic

This is a cocktail that is very easy to fix for the NA version! It is recommended to replace Prosecco 1:1 with either soda water or sparkling water.

Pour, serve and have fun!

Once the frozen peaches blend into the rich, smooth mixture, it’s time to serve! Scoop the mixture evenly into a glass, then cover with Prosecco. Combine it with the peach mixture and it will bubble, so pour slowly. Top with fresh peach slices.

I love serving these in champagne glasses for fancy occasions, but honestly, when we’re at the cabin dock, I serve them in cute plastic stemless wine glasses.
