This is “Guided Meditation on Acceptance“Guided Meditation Script:

Find comfortable seats in places where you can’t be distracted
Find balance while sitting tall and relaxed
Feel the width of your chest while softening your shoulders down
Place your palm on your thighs, or in the most comfortable way for you

Close your eyes or stare at the ground in front of you
I’ll come in and out through my nose
Choose a breath that reflects all the qualities you want in your heart
It’s calm, quiet, patient, stable, spacious and safe

Balancing consciousness between three areas of mindfulness;
Your body, your breath, and your heart itself
Stay here in all three
Perhaps 20% of your mind’s attention to each
And the remaining 40%? Stay in this part of your heart and continue to feel at ease

Don’t get caught up in numbers, the idea is just to be careful and to be free at the same time

There is seating, breathing, body, breathing, mind
the current. I know. open. It was spacious.

And now, pay attention to what exists with you
Be careful if there are any sensations that occur in the body
Energy you can feel with your breath
or movement, feelings, or habitual thoughts in the mind

Anything you notice, welcome it in the square
I’ll allow that.
Don’t try to change it, don’t chase it, don’t push it away
Can you be still and spacious in your consciousness?
It happens as you accept what it is
