Halsey debuted a new pitch black hair color. It lies in the same cheekbones bob and baby bangs silhouettes seen recently, but it’s not funny to think it’s a wig for a more traditionally formal look to match the fancy atmosphere of the film festival. But I think it might actually be an amazing dye job.
When Halsey arrived at the hotel’s Excelsior on September 1, she was smoothed out by a Satiny, Taupe and off-shoulder gown with a smooth, previously flipped edge. And a very close look at Halsey’s hairline seems to reveal that her hair is definitely dyed.

Halsey was wearing an Amelie-esque look again at the premiere of the Smashing Machine. On the red carpet, Halsey was even seen interacting with blue-haired fans.
