How it exists and how it exists

When your schedule (and your mind) appears to never rest, here are three simple ways to feel more present in everyday life.

We have all experienced a lot together and on our own. And as long warm summer days turn the corner towards autumn, there is a little more darkness each night, with cool nips in the air. It’s like the tilt of the earth is sending a reminder. Each of us can become a light in the darkness (and on the other side of that darkness is light).

Many people can look back at this time of year (look closely at pictures worth summer?) or look into the future (new terms, new routines, new visions of what we want to achieve). This is the invitation to be here. Here, now, this moment.

Some of these moments bring great peace. Others may break us apart. If you can bring focus and presence to these moments, you will be able to find kindness, compassion, and joy for yourself and others, and you will be able to easily surf life changes. It all starts with being here and now.

There are three mindful practices and find your presence

1. Put your heart into that moment.
