How to make a ketogenic Christmas traybake
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and wrap the sausage in bacon. Layer the Brussels sprouts on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the sausage on top and the remaining chopped bacon on top of the Brussels sprouts. Add rosemary. Bake at 180℃ for 20-30 minutes, turning half of the sausages over. Once the bacon is crispy and the sausage is cooked through, remove from the oven and enjoy.
