Mayonnaise – Not all mayonnaise jars are keto-friendly. Because vegetable oils are not allowed on the keto diet. Choose avocado oil mayonnaise or olive oil mayonnaise for the best keto option. Sugar-Free Ketchup – Follow along with our homemade ketchup recipe or use the store-bought version. You can also use tomato paste in place of sugar-free ketchup if you prefer. Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar Erythritol – Mimics the flavor of classic Worcestershire sauce, which is usually added in a thousand dressing recipes to add a touch of sweetness combined with the above vinegars and lemon juice. In fact, Worcestershire sauce is high in sugar and carbohydrates, so it’s best to avoid it on a keto diet. Tabasco sauce or hot sauce for a spicy dressing is optional. Dill Pickles – The usual recipe uses a sweet pickle relish that contains sugar. For this keto version, we recommend dill pickles, which have no added sugar. White onion – finely chopped. salt and pepper
