2 cups organic raw coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons sweetener of your choice
1 piece of dark chocolate
How to make chocolate keto snacks
Add coconut flakes, melted coconut oil, and sweetener to a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray (have fun using different shapes!)
Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, then in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
We like to eat them chilled right out of the fridge, but if you want them at room temperature, just take out the treats and place them on a plate on your kitchen counter to warm to room temperature before eating.
