Krishna Das shares the practiced practices and spiritual wisdom to relieve suffering, let go, and treat others with the same compassion that they desire for themselves.
At this week’s Pilgrim Heart, Krishnadas offers wisdom. Navigate family relationship challenges and unleash the knot of triggered emotions. We will chant our energy, meditate, and treat others with compassion and respect. Rather than trying to train it completely, we know that we can work skillfully with our hearts, train ourselves, change ourselves, explore the roots of true grace and love, turn the true sources inwards, find answers to all our questions, knowing that we can find answers to all our questions, telling ourselves the difference between letting go and pushing away, knowing that we can find answers to all our questions, knowing that we can find answers to ourselves, when we are having a difficult time, when we are holding our hearts in a strong heart, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are strong hearts, when we are able to find answers to ourselves, when we are able to tell ourselves the difference between letting go and pushing away.
“We can’t push people away, abuse people, hurt people, get everything we want. It creates a terrible negative karma for ourselves. – Krishna Das
