So,
Make yourself comfortable
I’m lying in your bed
Or on the floor,
Or if you’re comfortable anywhere,
Maybe put some kind of pillow under your knees.
You can close your eyes
And your body will just melt into the floor or bed.
And make your attention gentle
Enter your body and come to the flow of your breath.
Experience the sensations of the whole body,
Simply lying here,
Expansion and breathing.
When you’re ready,
Draw a picture in your heart’s eyes
The image of the lake,
A frequent lake that you probably know well,
Or what you saw in the photo,
Or the imaginary lake, about that.
Just look at whether you can make that image a vivid focus in your mind’s eyes.
You will notice that it is an expanded body of water
Remained in depression on the surface of the earth,
And perhaps supplied by spring or streams.
If you look and observe
The lake is carefully
You will notice that it is constantly changing,

It changes as the sun moves across the sky.
Light is reflected from the water in a variety of ways.
It changes depending on the weather.
