Learn the secret language of your body - with innaSegal

If your body can speak, what would you say?

The truth is already that way. It speaks to subtle sensations, tension, energy changes, symptoms, and even pain. The real challenge is to learn how to listen and understand what your body is trying to convey to you.

For most of my life, I ignored the messages of my body and got caught up in the noises of my mind – my thoughts, my worries, my goals, my past. But mindfulness and body recognition taught me that I have incredible wisdom.

So I look forward to sharing an episode of this podcast:

InnaSegal healing through the secret words of your body

Listen here on spotify or Apple podcasts.

Inna Segal is a bestselling author of the secret language of your body. This is a book that helped countless people unleash the innate wisdom of their bodies in order to heal physically, emotionally and energetically. Our conversation was inspired by deep healing practices available to all of us. It’s a practice that many people have yet to discover.

3 ways to start learning your body language

There are three simple practices drawn from Inna’s teachings and begin to adjust your body with presence and compassion.

1. Try a simple “body tuning” practice

Take a slow, deep breath and sit or lie down from 30. Place your hands in an area where you feel nervous or “off.” Imagine breathing green light into its place. Open to thoughts, emotions, images or memories that arise – without judgment

2. Use colour as a healing tool

The colour carries a powerful energetic quality:

Blue – calms the mind and relieves the nervous system. Green – Healing balance and support. Orange – Brings vitality and creativity.

Scrape your hands together, visualize the colour and imagine “breathing” in the area where “breathing” is needed.

3. Use a “clear” process

If you notice tension or discomfort, try saying:

“Free God’s healing intelligence, all the density from my body, pain, stress, limitations, and all the perspectives and patterns that contribute to this state.”

Then repeat the words several times, imagining that the broom will wipe out the old energy.

Why it’s important to listen to your body

Mindfulness isn’t just about calming the mind. It is about developing a presence across the self. When we bring awareness and compassion to our bodies, every pain, every tight muscle, and every surge in energy becomes an opportunity for healing and transformation. Instead of pushing away the pain, we can learn to listen. By doing so, you will discover the secret words of your body. To go deeper, we highly recommend reading your body’s secret language by Inna Segal and practicing guided exercises inside.

May this inspire you to fulfill the message of your body with curiosity, kindness and courage.
