Mason Jars Keto Trifle Recipe
While traditional July 4th foods are usually carbohydrate favorites, the July 4th recipes at most family gatherings can get rid of ketosis or cause sugar cravings, as they take low carbs and keto diets.
But I’ve already converted many high carb delicious recipes to low carb and keto recipes, so there’s no need to worry.
My Ketoberry Cheesecake Trifle is perfect for the 4th July celebration. The best part is how easy it is to transport this keto version to go ahead and to a summer picnic.
Using individual mason jars is an easy way to maintain this keto sweet treat while traveling to BBQ Cookout on July 4th. It’s also a great way to keep your parts in control and make it easy to serve your guests.

Traditional cheesecake trifle carbohydrates
Traditional trivial things use sponge pound cakes and regular sugar with regular all-purpose flour.
So it’s not something you want to indulge when you’re on a low-carb diet or on a ketogenic diet, and it definitely spikes 48 grams of carbs according to App Cronometer.
Next time you need a delicious dessert without adding sugar, make this simple low-carb dessert with just 8 grams of net carbs.
Can I exchange mascarpone for cream cheese?
If you can’t get mascarpone cheese from your local supermarket, you can exchange the same amount for cream cheese in the recipe. I prefer to use mascarpone cheese as it is already great and soft to use in recipes from the fridge.
If you are not using mascarpone, it is difficult to soften the counter cream cheese package for about an hour, smooth it out when it’s cold and incorporate it without chunks.
Can I replace the stevia?
Yes, if you don’t like using liquid vanilla stevia in your cream cheese mixture, use my sweetener guide and conversion chart to convert another low carb sweetener of your choice. Use a small amount and flavor and adjust after blending.

Is there another low carb cake I can use?
Yes, if you want to use another low carb cake instead of my strawberry angel food cake, there is another option.
My strawberry shortcake sponge cake is also good for making these berry riffles. My youngest son has a nut allergy to the wood, so neither of them contains almond flour.

Can I exchange fresh fruits?
Yes, you can use any fresh fruit you want, please note that you need to figure out the carbohydrate content from the nutritional information I provided with the printable recipe card below.
Other fresh fruit options are raspberries, blackberries, or chopped peaches and apricots.
How to store ketoberry cheesecake trifle
Once you’ve made healthy desserts in a mason jar, if you don’t have a cover, cover each with a lid or plastic wrap if you haven’t put them in the fridge for up to two days.

How to reduce carbohydrates in berry rifuru
Cut this simple recipe in half and creates only one layer in a small mason jar instead of two.
For example, put an angel food cake at the bottom of a mason jar, add a cheesecake filling, and add a strawberry and blueberry mixture to the top. Cover and cool.
Total carbohydrates are 4.5 grams and net carbohydrates are 4 grams.
Can you make this in a big, trivial bowl?
Yes, it’s fine if you want to put this low-carb trivial thing in one big glass bowl instead of individual mason jars.
There are at least two layers of keto sponge and fruit, and add whipped cream. I love this little dish and introduce you to Keto Berry Trifle on the barbecue.

Once the keto angel food cake has been cooked and cooled, cut the angel food cake into 1-inch cubes and place it on the baking pan while preparing the cheesecake filling.
Place the mascarpone, vanilla extract and vanilla stevia in a stand mixer and blend the paddle attachment until smooth. You can also use a large bowl and a hand electric mixer if you don’t have a stand mixer.
Switch to installing the whisk and pour heavy whipped cream or use a separate bowl and electric hand mixer. Blend at a slow speed, then incorporate until it bonds nicely, then rises to medium speed until it reaches a hard peak. Taste and adjust the sweetener if necessary.
