What do you feel when the world is dark and the shadows get longer? And what if we tried to replicate this feeling into a piece of paper, or rather a digital paper, a white slate that can express, promote, explain and impress readers? This is what I call melanfolia. It is a space where the beauty of darkness is explored through the depth and richness of long forms of writing, not a fleeting snippet.
Welcome to Melanfolia Blogs. This is a quartet of four online publications filled with detailed articles and informative readings that delve into the heart of a special reader.
About Melanfolia’s blog…
…This is an interconnected “meshwork” of four different blogs, each dedicated to publishing high quality, long format articles and detailed content. Information is a priority here, but there is also an aesthetic aspect! This social network aims to provide readers with space for intellectual engagement (safe space) and to provide thoughtful exploration of diverse subjects across a variety of intensive publications. It is primarily related to beauty, fashion, lifestyle and other interesting niches.
Melanfolia is a kind of feeling…
…You get when Twilight draws the world in deep purple and blue, it’s quiet and seductive. It is not sadness, but a longing for the beauty of darkness, a pull to the mystery of the decaying light. It is a calm and vibrant sensation, and, as Latin suggests, a desire to hold onto that fleeting magical moment, the “black sensation.” Through my work, I aim to share this unique experience and invite you to feel the quiet beauty of “melanfolia” with me.
The word “melanfolia” is a fusion of the dark Latin word and the meaning of “folia.” It captures this feeling. It is a quiet dance of souls with darkness, a longing for depth and mystery held in the embrace of the night. Of course, the words cannot explain it accurately, but I hope you come up with your own understanding of it.
Melanfolia’s blog for those who are still reading…
…and I really enjoy this relaxing process. Here, reading itself is not a goal, but a way to provide useful information in the best possible way. Some people call them old fashioned people, but I think it’s the only effective form that some of us really enjoy and experience every day. Think of this as an ever-present art form. Just as oil painting still flourishes in the digital age, even if we all use keyboards, calligraphy is still popular.
Melanfolia’s motto is:
Current motto Best explains Melanfolia Blogs is “Page after page.” This is similar to one step at a time, grain per grain or drop per grain. One after another, pages fill the vast emptiness of the Internet, becoming uniform words that you hear every day – content.
