Mimicking Antioxidant Salad Recipe

material:

1 cup organic kale, 1 cup chopped organic alkola ¼ cup fresh blueberries 2 tablespoons walnuts, left or 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil ¼14 salted salt salted coups

Manual:

Prepare the greens: Wash and chop the kale. Add to a large salad bowl along with arugula. (Optional: Massage the kale with a pinch of salt to give it a soft texture.) Add toppings. Sprinkle evenly with blueberries, chopped walnuts and hemp seeds over the greens. Make a dressing: In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper until well mixed. Dress up the salad: drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss it to coat all the ingredients. Serve immediately: Enjoy as a refreshing side dish or a lunch packed with light antioxidants.
