Join Jack’s new free course and stand up for compassion: free courses and resources to navigate uncertain times. In this episode of mental wisdom, Jack explores with all his heart. The mind of liberation, resilience, and reliability, sees change in consciousness, aging, mirror meditation, remembering the infinite changes in working with dramas we truly do not remember, the physical nature of the infinite nature of aging. Our stories about ourselves and the world are the goal of practicing these “opening days will degenerate everywhere” and bringing to mind that we will let go of fear and open our adventure without letting go of ourselves into adventure, and trusting the dharma of dharma in nature as a zoo of true emptiness. As an Earth, the resilience, compassion, and intuition of witnesses who recognize what you are actually doing
“When we’re quiet, when we’re not trying to become anything, when we’re in a moment of trustworthy heart, what remains is not imitation or artificial. It’s as natural as Tao, as resilient as water, as generous as Earth.” – Jack Cornfield
This story of Dharma was recorded at the Spirit Rock Meditation Centre and originally published on Dharmaseed.
“Is this really who you are, the victim, the abandoned, the lonely? Is it really who you are? If you speak it out loud, ‘I am the victim,’ it’s embarrassing because something out there can’t be said for so long. – Jack Cornfield
