“It’s important to use mental practice to set ideals and judge for yourself. Sometimes it’s necessary to shut down and then open again. So the spiritual path is to be truly with both the calm seas and the storm.” – Jack Cornfield
In this episode, Jack and Ocean explore with all their heart. Why is Jack struggling with the world beautiful in mindfulness and meditation life, and the sea of tears suffering, Buddhism, and at the end of suffering? Navigate the reality of duality – the nature of form and emptiness, the recycling nature of the universe of life and death A simple way to describe the “witness” how to live in the presence of ordinary sacred encounters, calming the magic of consciousness and deep meditation, retaining fear and sadness that will not be caught up in compassion.
“Life is very beautiful, a sea of tears. You cannot give birth without death. You cannot have light without darkness. You cannot start without ending. We live in the opposite universe. It is a game of form, a game of duality. – Jack Cornfield

“We live in a universe that recycles itself. The ultimate recycling of birth and death, form and rebirth. For us as humans, questions are not a reason or a way. The Buddha didn’t actually say they didn’t answer those questions. – Jack Cornfield
