“The end of exile is to go through the mind and see all the stories of what happens and what happens. – Jack Cornfield

In this week’s mental wisdom, Jack contemplates with his heart: “one taste” of freedom and spiritual pasdharma freedom is a solid release of mind, and being here in the past, the future and now is a dream quality. Mindfulness and your body and emotions, including all parts of yourself, cultivate “mindfulness of the mind”, forgive its stories while looking at the heart, rest in our lives on the story and poems of the mind at the end of exile, find true kindness by accepting sadness

“The past will disappear, the future is not here yet. There is this Evanescent present moment where everything is here. – Jack Cornfield
