A few years ago, I called me to the BBC program, my spot and I, YouTube and blog star Katie Snooks, talked about her own journey with acne, and about her experiences with other acne patients. It was a very emotional documentary, and when it seemed like nothing was working in particular and I had to spend a lot of money looking for a solution, I really felt it to the people she spoke to to people who had experienced skin pain.
Apparently, in the UK there are actually not enough dermatologists to deal with the amount of acne referrals. Having to wait for age to meet professionals when you are in crisis will make things even more stressful. I found myself as a teenager, and at that point I wanted to try anything to get rid of them as quickly as possible!

What is acne?
Acne occurs when the body produces excessive oil and blocks pores in the skin. Excess oil leads to the accumulation of dead skin cells, blocking pores and traps dirt and bacteria under the surface. What happens then is that everything is accumulated in the hair follicles and unfortunately the final result is spot, red, painful, and can be painful.

What causes acne?
Acne is a body’s way of saying something is out of balance. It can often be hereditary and is usually caused by hormonal changes in the body, usually due to adolescence, during pregnancy, or due to excessive stress hormones. Poor diet and wrong skin care can often be responsible, so it’s worth trying to get it before spending a lot of money on expensive treatments or taking aggressive medications.
How to treat acne?
Unfortunately, there is no one treatment that will be useful for all people with acne. It can be extremely frustrating when you’re desperately looking for a magical skin turnaround. Skin cells regenerate on average for about 27 days (almost a month), so you need to be patient before any improvement is seen in your skin.
There are many options, including specific skin care for acne, specialized treatments, facial treatments, diet tricks, and more.

diet:
The good news is that it doesn’t cost anything to try to eliminate the famous bad skin culprit from your diet as the first calling port. Also, some are positively useful in actively promoting good skin that you can try to include in your diet, so make sure you can naturally balance your body from the inside out with these tricks.
Acne Enemies:
Sugar, gluten, caffeine, dairy products, wheat, and processed foods can all lead to hormonal imbalances and oil production. For at least a month, cut or eliminate these things from your diet and see if it helps. Replace the sugar with organic manuka honey, which is naturally antibacterial, and start making meals from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Acne Fighter:
Ingredients such as pumpkin seeds, Brazilian nuts, and green leafy vegetables like spinach all contain important minerals and vitamins that help protect against acne. For example, fresh basil has antibacterial properties, so try adding it to your diet.
Make sure you are taking sufficient vitamin D, vitamin B, omega oil, zinc, magnesium and selenium during your diet. It sounds complicated, but with my book, Eat Beautiful, I have made it extremely easy to understand and incorporate your daily life. Easy to make and comes with delicious recipes and simple skincare tips. Many people say that Eat Beautiful tips have really helped you to clean your skin, so give it a try and tell us how you’re riding.
Gut Cleansing:
The intestines are truly an important part of maintaining the delicate internal balance of the body. If your digestive system is not working efficiently, or you are not drinking enough water, or you tend to eat the wrong kind of food, then toxins can accumulate in your intestines over time, ruining your system. Externally, this can appear on the skin like acne.

If you are experiencing bad skin, it is worth trying to cleanse your digestive system. Something as simple as including hot water with lemon, or with apple cider vinegar at the beginning of the day, can help you start your digestive system and keep it clean.
Organic probiotics are also a great way to promote “good bacteria” in the gut. This helps the body absorb all the useful nutrients from the food and boosts the immune system from infection.
