This is “Outdoor meditation script for peace and grounding“Guided Meditation Script:
Sit or stand with your back facing the tree. If you feel safe, close your eyes. Feel the trunk of the tree against your body. Think about how the tree simply looks. They have not tried, tried, or judged.
It is a living, peaceful being. Show us its existence, that is, unconditional support. There’s nothing you still do. (Pause) Feel the weight of your body on Earth.
Feelings of feet and feet on the ground. Think of the living being beneath you – support and maintain everything invisible, underground, and around you with a microscope.
Thank you for letting you share their space. Feel the presence of the ground holds you. Don’t ask for anything in return, pay attention to the support it offers. Feel the living energy of the Earth.
(Pause…)
Be careful if you still allow yourself to bring your emotions to the surface. If so, allow those feelings to stay with you.
It is normal to notice that emotions, especially unpleasant emotions, occurring when they exist over time. Without emotions, you wouldn’t be human! Pay attention to the temperature of the air against your skin.
Make everything in your body feel at that temperature, and if there is wind, adjust to the sensation of your skin. Take some deep breaths. Give thanks for the free and nutritious air that enters your lungs.
Feel your lungs expand and contract, and the sense of air feeds you and keeps you alive.
