dry:
2 cups Almond flour
½ cup Unsalted pistachio, finely ground (or using pistachio powder)
¼ cup Iconic vanilla bean protein
2 tbsp Matcha powder (cooking grade)
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tbsp salt
Wet:
⅓ cup Date Syrup (Code HealthyHelper saves $$!)
⅓ cup Melted coconut oil (or butter, if necessary)
2 Big egg, room temperature
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Optional toppings:
2 tbsp A drizzle of pistachios with melted white chocolate (if you’re feeling fantasy)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and arrange an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, ground pistachios, protein powder, matcha, baking powder and salt. Smooth it into lined bread.

Storage method
Store these in an airtight container on the counter for up to 3 days, or in the fridge for up to a week. You can also simply thaw them before eating and freeze them for longer storage.
