Who is ready to feel and feel their best look this summer? I know I’m there.
The wedding season is in full swing. It’s officially the destination wedding season for me, and like you (Ham Family), I want to see and feel my best at each event, including the reception. I’m a self-proclaimed health and wellness nut. In other words, you are taking care of yourself without stripping or stress. This is the way.
Handy scenario
Let’s rewind…
As summer approached, my marriage calendar was full and I knew I had to tweak some things within my routine, so I was able to see and feel my best. From improving my supplement lineup to eating produce during the season and weightlifting, my strategy is to maximize my efforts in each of these areas. You can call your routine “wedding guest growth detox.”
This article offers both inside and outside of wellness routines that will help you do your best for events, summer trips and more.
Wellness Check
First of all, I always figure out how I feel and ask myself the following questions:
How’s my sleep? What does my skin look like? Do you feel my digestion is on track or can I use TLC? Are the symptoms mild, medium or severe during my period?
Eat during the season
Make Farmers Market your best friend. This is something I did many years ago. Eating the season brings joy and security, and therefore my body relaxes. I give myself organic produce, so it brings me a sense of security. How does this cause detoxification? The mind and body hold hands. There is no way around this. If you’re relieved to know that I’m eating the best produce and fish, you can get it, so I’ll give you more allowances to help your body relax and connect with food.
Skin routine
My skin is always an incredible indicator of my body’s ability to properly detoxify and check the hormone intestines. I rarely get hurt. They like to appear just before my period in the “hormonal zone.” I pay attention to hydration, tone, dullness, pores, dark circles, etc. beneath my eyes.
I’m not going to lie, but I feel like I have a good skeleton of radiant skin thanks to some facials instincts in my gut, good diet and Dakota aesthetics. However, there is always room for improvement. For pre-wedding sparkle, I added ham hyaluronic grogummies to my routine, in addition to my daily gut instinctive probiotics.
My morning skin routine swears with Vitamin C serum, face oils, moisturizers, SPF! Nighttime routines don’t go to bed without deep cleansing, retinol, eye cream or face oil. Hydrates, hydrates, hydrates!
I’ll add it accordingly
My lineup of supplements correlates directly with my goals and physical needs (based on blood work). For my pre-wedding sparkle, I chose daily cleansing and daily routines of intestinal instincts.
