Imagine all the time you hold your baby close to your body and share your warmth.
Be completely immersed in these feelings of love and acknowledge that you are extremely grateful for what your baby has given you.
Start feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude for what you can give to your baby.
Sit in these memories and emotions for a while. (Pause for 15 seconds)

Now bring gratitude to those who love you and take care of you. Let these wonderful images of people appear in your mind.
