“I’m Devil Wears Prada 2, who’s busy training Stanley, Emily and Annie,” says Monique Eastwood as he speaks. “They have been my clients for years and have been signing in for weekly online sessions.” The most important tip for celebrity clients and her after that is simply to keep moving every day.
