Buffalo Lunch Cauliflower Wings
2 bags Quest Buffalo Lunch Protein Chips, 2 tbsp almond flour 2 tbsp gluten-free flour ¾ cup almond milk, 1 unsweetened cauliflower head ½ cup 2 tbsp buffalo sauce butter, melted
method
Preheat the oven to 425ºF and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment. In a bowl, whisk together the crushed chips, almond flour, gluten-free flour, and milk. Chop the cauliflower into small flowers and throw the slurry until all the small flowers are covered. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Turn the cauliflower over and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir in the buffalo sauce and butter together. Throw the baked cauliflower into the buffalo sauce and coat it evenly. Turn the baking sheet and cook for another 5 minutes. Enjoy it hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
