1 lbs Lean Grey Round Beef 1 Egg 2 Bags Quest BBQ Protein Chips, 1/4 cup Crushed 1/4 cup Almond flour 1 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Dried parsley ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese 10 tablespoons Ketchup (Free sugar)

Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare the baking sheet with parchment. Mix together the beef, eggs, chips, almond flour and seasonings. Divide the mixture into 20 uniformly sized bowls. Press the bowl flat and add 1 teaspoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the meat. Chew the ketchup in a few pieces of ketchup and cook for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
