Preheat the oven to 400 f and prepare a cast iron donut hole frying pan with a non-stick spray. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until batter is combined. Fill the cavity in the donut hole with 1 tablespoon batter. Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, add jam to the center of each, and top with 1 tablespoon of batter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, then bake golden brown. Let them cool and stir in the glaze. Dip half of the donut hole in the glaze and top it with crushed quest PB&J Bar.
