¼ cup Zero Calories Sweetener 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest 2 eggs ¼ cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon slightly cooled 1 tablespoon Almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup Lemon extract 2 large plates

Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a standard silicone donut bread with a non-stick spray. Add the sweeteners and crust to a mixing bowl. Use your hands to rub the skin onto the sweetener granules. Add the eggs, melted butter, milk and extracts and whisk to mix. In another bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, protein and protein powder. Add the dried ingredients to wet and whisk until dry spots remain.
